brightfield! The new FW4000 digital imaging software system captures each
fluorescent channel separately using specific narrow band pass filters, it
visualizes faint signals that cannot be seen clearly down the eyepieces,
avoids photo-bleaching of the sample, and makes precisely aligned image
overlays consisting of fluorescence, phase, and DIC images. This
software, along with the Leica Digital Cameras, replaces 35mm photography by
obtaining immediate results, as well as making a permanent record of your
fluorescent images. Available in 2 configurations - black and white imaging
or color imaging.
