Pax-it is a Windows based imaging system for science & industry. It
captures images from any standard video signal or directly from TWAIN
compatible digital devices such as scanners and digital cameras. High quality
image "snapshots" or reports with text and images can be printed
directly to digital printers, including ink-jets and dye-sub devices. After
just a few minutes of using Pax-it, you will realize that it couldn't be
easier to capture, organize, analyze, network, transmit and print high
resolution images. Through the use of a stunningly simple "electronic
filing system", millions of images can be effectively organized and
shared throughout your work environment; whether within the same building or around
the world. Though our customers refer to Pax-it as "the easiest Windows
application they have ever used", a powerful industry standard
relational database is actually hard at work beneath our simple image filing
system. Search, sort and organize your images according to descriptive fields
which fit your specific needs. Pax-it will meet your image communication
needs. Whether over the Internet, LAN, WAN, T1, ISDN, or standard phone
lines, Pax-it gives you fantastic flexibility. From standalone capture units
to network stations to full Videoconferencing units, Pax-it is the answer to
continuing quality enhancement. Pax-it means quality! Companies all over the
world use Pax-it because it effectively combines critical imaging functions

All image
measurements are displayed in an easy to read table format. This information
can be included as video text on the image, used in the PAX-it report
generation link with Microsoft Word, or sent to Microsoft Excel. The
advantage to you is that instead of just reporting numbers, you can create a
report that includes a picture of the sample or samples that were measured,
an indication on the image as to where the measurements were taken, the raw
numbers obtained and the summary statistics. All with just a few clicks of
the mouse.
