The Boeckeler VIA-  is a video image marking - measurement system. It is shown above with optional knob controllers and light pen. Some of its features are that it calculates the angle, it displays the radius & circumference of a circle, displays path lengths, offers a cell or particle counting mode, & the current date and time may be displayed anywhere over the image.
