As a QA professional who works with microelectronics
or medical devices, you’re checking the smallest details that make the
biggest advancements in technology possible. That takes incredible attention
to detail and the greatest visual acuity in your instruments to ensure
the highest quality possible.
I’d like to offer you an opportunity to experience a new dimension in visual inspection with Leica Microsystems’ new DVM5000 digital microscope. It’s a highly integrated system that features outstanding performance capacity and powerful 3D imaging capabilities for QA teams reviewing microelectronics & medical devices. Visit www.leica-microsystems.com/bigpicture today and register for a free on-site demonstration. For a limited time, customers who participate in a demonstration will receive a free Leica ES2 stereo microscope! It’s a great opportunity to see how the power of 3D imaging can change
the way you look at technology today.

The Leica S8 APO is the flagship of our Leica
StereoZoom® line. The instrument offers an 8:1 zoom and with a standard
magnification of 10x - 80x. It is the world's only high performance Greenough
style stereomicroscope with a fully apochromatic corrected 1.0x objective
and zoom lens system. Researchers engaged in critical applications such
as microinjection or fine pitch wire bonding will find that our S8 APO
makes a world of difference in their work.

Whenever human lives may be affected, technology
must be 100% reliable. For this reason, autopilots in airplanes and trigger
mechanisms in airbags, for example, are subjected to stringent materials
testing. This testing includes a wide variety of methods used to measure
the behavior and material characteristics of standardized material samples
or finished parts (component testing) under thermal, mechanical and chemical
stress. During the tests, a material is checked for purity, faults or load
capacity. The new Leica M165 C allows experts in the materials
testing lab to see structures smaller than ever before.

The Leica M205C is the world´s first
stereomicroscope with a zoom range of 20.5x. This accomplishment, however,
was not enough for Leica´s engineers. With the new FusionOptics,
they have succeeded in going yet another step beyond previous limits. In
addition to the increase in magnification, the resolution, too, has been
increased to up to 1050 lp/mm, which corresponds to a resolved structure
size of 472nm. Of course, this performance increases benefits your everyday
work. Set up your specimens on the microscope with comfortable freedom
of movement and discover details in stereomicroscopy that you could never
see before.
